The shipping time for your order is 1-2 working days after receipt of your payment.
However, it is possible that an item may (temporarily) run out of stock around the time your order is placed. Should this be the case, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be asked if you have an alternative in mind or if you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund. You can always send us an email to inquire whether an item is in stock and what the potential delivery time will be. If you have already placed an order and would like to know its status, you can always send us an email to request this information. Furthermore, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us as soon as your order is shipped; you can use this to track the package.

Please note! If you have ordered one or more items that are currently out of stock or on pre-order (see product title), delivery will take place once the order is complete. The indicated expected delivery times for a pre-order product are approximate, as we are dependent on the manufacturers in this regard.  It is possible that the actual delivery time may differ slightly from the stated expected availability of a pre-order product. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €3.95 Shipping is free for orders over €25.

Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs €5.95. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

95% of orders are shipped within 24 hours, depending on the stock status of the ordered items. We will endeavor to keep you informed of the status while your order is being processed.
