Still not completely satisfied?
Our products are carefully checked for quality and packaging before being shipped. Are you still not satisfied with your purchase? Then you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
Return conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and packaged in the original packaging.
- You may only test the product as you would in a physical store (e.g., trying it on). In the event of use that goes beyond what is necessary for assessment, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value.
- The item must be returned complete, including any accessories, with the order number clearly stated in the package.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- In the event of an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return costs in full. In other cases, the return costs are at the customer's expense:
- If the customer has used free shipping (for orders over €25 within the Netherlands or over €50 to Belgium) and decides to return the order in whole or in part, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. These costs amount to:
€ 6.00 for parcel shipping within the Netherlands
€ 4.00 for letterbox shipping within the Netherlands
€ 10.00 for orders from Belgium.
- The customer is responsible for the return package until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend a shipping method with tracking and insurance, and keeping proof of shipment.
- Returns are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or to withhold part of the amount if the item is not returned in its original condition, or is incomplete, damaged, or soiled
